BMS International e-Conference

The Gen Next Professionals should be aware of the latest research advances and be assertive in their practices which should be evidence-based for efficient and effective patient care.

Medical faculty, post graduates and Ph D scholars can attend this conference on recent trends in biomedical research.

Attendees will be able to register through the online platform.  
Papers selected for oral paper presentation will be assigned a live slot of 10 minutes (7minute presentations, 3minute questions) in the programmeYou need to send your power point presentations as per the instructions given in the website before last date of submission. Information regarding the day and time of your presentation and the e platform with the link will be shared with you few days prior to your presentation. 
 
You will need a computer, laptop, or tablet and a good Internet connection.  You will use the  chat to talk live with a presenter or attendee. 
 
Yes, you can ask questions after each presentation in the using the chat box. The questions will be discussed after the that particular scientific session. 
All sessions will be put in an On-Demand area of the virtual conference website which you will be able to access up to 90 days after the conference. So, it is better than a physical conference where you would have to choose between simultaneous sessions. 
Yes, you will be able to download Power Points and any handouts after the presentation. 
You will have a special booth where you can create a video (5 minute maximum) of you presenting the e poster ( single power point slide). We can help you create your video. We must have your completed videos, 7 days before the start date of the conference.  There will be timed sessions where you can chat live with any attendees. During other times, attendees can post a question on a chat which you can answer later. 
The final date presenters can submit edits to their abstracts or submit co-presenter information before 5th September 2020. Any changes submitted after that date will not be included in the printed Schedule at a Glance and may or may not be updated on the website. Any changes to presenters, session descriptions, etc. must be submitted no later than 5th September 2020 
Final paper submission is not required. Your presentation is your final product. We require presenters to upload a final presentation by 12th September 2020 to the presenter’s session page so that it is available to conference attendees. This material, along with the full abstract and information about the authors, becomes part of the conference materials that remain on the website.
